What documents do I need to rent a car?
You'll need a valid driver's license, a credit card in your name, and be at least 21 years old. International renters may need an International Driving Permit.
Can I rent without a credit card?
Currently, we require a credit card for the security deposit. Debit cards may be accepted for payment after the deposit is secured.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Is insurance included?
Basic liability insurance is included with all rentals. Additional coverage options like RCP are available during checkout.
Can someone else drive the rental car?
Additional drivers can be added during the booking process or at pickup. Each additional driver must meet our rental requirements and present a valid license.
What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns may incur additional charges. We offer a 30-minute grace period. After that, you may be charged for an additional day.
